INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECH
Install, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment that manufacture quality automotive parts; to install and repair electrical systems and electronic components to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of equipment in a safe and comfortable work environment
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule format
Two-year Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or a maintenance-related technical discipline from a two-year college or technical school or five to seven years related technical experience and/or training or a combined equivalent of combined education, experience and training.
