I understand that in order to apply for work with Valley Staffing, Inc., I must prove that I am legal to work in the United States by providing documentation.
I understand that I am required by Valley Staffing, Inc. to wear steel toes on all assignments regardless of whether the client company requires steel toes. Not wearing steel toes is in violation of Valley Staffing’s safety policy and could result in the termination of your assignment.
I understand that I am required to pass a drug screen required by the client company and that Valley Staffing, Inc. reserves the right to randomly drug test any employee at any time without notice.
